I am 23 yo, I define myself a SW engineer with some interest towards research topics.
Does it even mean anything? I don’t know, english is not my first language.
I am currently a MSc student in Embedded Computing Systems, BSc graduate in Computer Engineering in Pisa. I live in Italy indeed, but going to quit as soon as possible (guess why).
Over the past years, I have contributed to several projects in different areas, including computer vision, distributed systems, machine learning, hypervisors, optimization, robotics, networks, … The truth is that doing the same thing twice is utterly boring. Anyway, if you are interested check my Github or Linkedin profile, the links should be somewhere in this webpage (unless I fuck up with CSS, which is likely).
I like really a lot of stuff, so let’s name few things I hate with a passion:
- Milk
- Pidgeons
- PHP -> LMAO at the syntax
- Formal methods -> good for planes maybe, no way they can be fun though
- General-purpose paid software -> any reference to Windows/macOS ecosystem is purely coincidental
Things I’d like to learn but don’t have enough time to:
- More languages, including German and Rust
- Cooking anything more complex than pasta
- Sneezing with eyes open
I created this website (out of a mainstream template) mainly for two reasons. First, I want to stimulate other’s curiosity by sharing snippets from my everyday world, which also helps me memo(r)izing what I learn. Second, I’ve already told you the second reason.
